Description
Liquid Flash 1 is a premixed, one-pack, water-based, microfibre-reinforced acrylic waterproofing membrane designed to form a durable and flexible waterproof and flashing layer between building surfaces. Easily applied by brush or roller, it remains permanently pliable, bridges cracks, and smooths irregular substrates. Once cured, the membrane offers excellent UV resistance and protection against mild chemical attack. It can be overpainted with water-based acrylic paints to colour-match surrounding surfaces and conforms to AS/NZS 4858 Class 3, suitable for internal wet areas when installed in accordance with AS 3740 and local regulations.
