Orders and shipping
For in-stock items, orders are typically available for next business day collection or delivery. For special order tiles, lead times are generally 8–12 weeks, depending on the supplier and shipment schedules. Once your order leaves the supplier, we will confirm the estimated arrival time (ETA) and keep you informed throughout the process.
Once you receive your order, we recommend that you inspect the tiles immediately to ensure the colour, size, quantity, and batch numbers are correct and that there is no visible damage. Please notify us before installation if you notice any issues, as tiles that have been installed are considered accepted. We also suggest keeping a few spare tiles from the same batch for any future repairs or replacements.
You can create an account by visiting our showroom or by contacting our team directly. Once registered, you’ll be set up in our system for faster checkout, order tracking, and repeat purchases. Trade customers may also be eligible for trade pricing, subject to approval.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our team as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before your order is dispatched. Once an order has left our warehouse or supplier, we may be unable to make changes.
Due to the nature of tiles as heavy building materials, orders are delivered using specialised transport companies equipped with forklifts. For this reason, we generally do not offer online tracking through our website. To receive updates on your order status, delivery timing, or collection details, please contact our team directly, and we’ll be happy to assist. For special order tiles, we will also confirm the ETA once the shipment leaves the supplier.
No. For your security, we do not store or keep credit card details on file. All card payments are processed through secure payment systems, and your information is handled in accordance with strict privacy and security standards.
Yes. All prices are inclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise. Any applicable GST will be clearly shown on your invoice or receipt at the time of purchase.
We offer delivery to most metro and regional areas, subject to access and transport availability. As tiles are heavy products, delivery is arranged through specialised transport providers. Please contact our team with your delivery address and order details, and we’ll confirm availability, delivery timeframes, and costs for your area.
This depends on the quantity and type of items ordered. Tiles are packed and delivered on pallets, and if the full quantity does not fit on a single pallet, your order may be shipped in multiple pallets. If any items are not in stock, they will be treated as a back order and dispatched as soon as they become available. Our team will advise you if your order is split and keep you updated throughout the process.
